What is up hustlers!

The sun is shining and I’m feeling super awesome today because I just read a chapter out of “The power of positive thinking”. It’s a great book that has always reminded me to chill when I forget how to. And then I had the brilliant idea to introduce my top 5 non-fiction books to you all.

Because who doesn’t welcome extra guidance and wisdom in their life?

NO ONE. We’re all on a constant search for more. Or at least I am.

…I hope you are too, and if you’re not, it’s never too late to start. Because I was not an avid reader growing up. I wouldn’t pick up a book unless I had to.

How things have changed. I love a good book now because a good book can change how you think and feel. If there’s any great hobby a person should pick up, it has to be reading. Books, articles, magazines, essays etc etc they’re just a wealth of knowledge. It’s by far the easiest way to learn and expand your horizons. Want to improve something? Want to learn something? Grab a book on it.

The Magic of Thinking BIG – David J. Schwartz. PH.D

You don’t know what you don’t know. And you can’t achieve what you cannot imagine. The magic of thinking big is a book about the dangers of thinking too small and the limitations it causes people to have. It also shows you the immense potential thinking big can provide. If you have some time to read a book, grab this one and thank me later.

The Art of Happiness – The Dalai Lama

Everyone wants happiness, but many never even understand what that means. We all think we have a good idea of what happiness looks like, sounds like, feels like, but if we were to write a book about happiness, we wouldn’t even know where to begin. This book is a must read for everyone. I feel like every single person on earth could benefit from the wisdom the Dalai Lama shares.

The 4 Hour Workweek – Tim Ferriss

An absolute classic for all digital nomads to read. This is the book that gave me the courage to make my life my own and not just follow the default work-retire-die route. Tim addresses the common questions most people have at one point or another. “Is the workaholic lifestyle, the only lifestyle?”

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People – Stephen R. Covey

This is a book I grew up always looking at, in the bookstore. I always saw the title without fail and I never really bothered to pick it up until last year. This book really sheds light on how your thoughts can shape your world and influence how you behave. The 7 habits shared in this book will get you thinking in new ways and thus behaving in new ways also.

The Power of Positive Thinking – Norman Vincent Peale

A lot of people downplayed this book when it was first released. Fast forward a few decades and science is proving everything this book has to share is true. It kinda goes in line with the law of attraction. The idea is everyone is in control of their own fate, you just have to think it.
